Terms & Conditions – Global Pet

Welcome to Global Pet. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Global Pet website, mobile applications, and pet care services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.


1. Services Provided

Global Pet is a pet care service platform that connects users with verified pet care professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Pet grooming services

  • Veterinary consultations and visits

  • Pet training services

  • Pet boarding and day care

  • Other related pet care services

Service availability, pricing, descriptions, and scope may vary by location and are subject to change without prior notice.


2. User Eligibility

To use Global Pet services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

  • Use the platform only for lawful pet care purposes

Global Pet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms.


3. Bookings and Payments

  • All service bookings must be made through the Global Pet app or website

  • Payments may be made via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or other supported digital payment methods

  • Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Advance payments may be required for certain services or high-value bookings

Global Pet does not store payment card details. All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.


4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at the time of booking

  • Refund eligibility depends on service type, cancellation timing, and service status

  • No refunds will be issued once a service professional has been dispatched or the service has commenced

5. Service Warranty & Limitations

Some services may include a limited service warranty, subject to specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Pet health issues unrelated to the provided service

  • Pre-existing medical conditions

  • Injuries caused by owner negligence or non-disclosure

  • Issues arising from third-party interventions

Pet owners are responsible for providing accurate pet health and behavior information.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate pet details (breed, age, health conditions, vaccination status, etc.)

  • Ensure a safe environment for service professionals

  • Follow care instructions provided by professionals

  • Not misuse the platform or harm service providers

Global Pet reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or misleading conditions.


7. Liability Disclaimer

Global Pet shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Pet illness or injury not caused by service negligence

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Acts or omissions of third-party service professionals beyond reasonable control

Pet owners acknowledge that animal behavior can be unpredictable and accept inherent risks associated with pet care services.


8. Health & Safety

  • All service providers are expected to follow hygiene and safety protocols

  • Users must disclose any aggressive behavior or medical conditions of pets in advance

  • Global Pet may suspend services if safety risks are identified


9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal and pet-related information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and protected.


10. Account Suspension or Termination

Global Pet may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

  • Misuse the platform or harm service providers

Account deletion requests can be submitted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.


12. Changes to Terms

Global Pet may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
